New Benefits of using Flexirent!

In addition to the existing benefits (see below), Flexirent now includes a “Complete Protection” package:

 

1. Cover against Theft, Loss or Accidental Damage

You are automatically covered should the equipment be lost, stolen or accidentally damaged anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or overseas*.

Equipment will either be replaced or repaired.

(*Overseas cover limited to return trips of 28 days or less)

2. 24 hour* replacement if your computer, is in for repairs

If your equipment* has to be repaired at any time during the agreement, simply report it and a “Loaner” will be couriered to you within 24 hours*.

(*Notebook computers and various types of other equipment inters are currently available as Loaners. Delivery may take longer to non metro areas)

4. Early Swap Option

You can swap to new equipment in the last 3 months of the agreement and the remaining payment will be waived.

Simply return the equipment in good working order and take out a new agreement for equal or greater value*.

5. “Double Time” lease extension

If you want to keep using the old equipment after the end of the rental term, just make one additional payment at the end (equal to a normal monthly payment) and you will double the original rental period, with no more to pay.

And, you are still covered for theft, loss and accidental damage and 24 hour “Loaner” equipment.

You can also take Flexirent new equipment and select “Double Time for the old equipment. Conditions apply.

6. Own the equipment

Make us an offer to purchase the equipment if you would like to own it (which we have the right to accept or reject)

7. Return the equipment

If you have no further use for the equipment, simply return it to Flexirent with no more to pay*.

(*In good working order allowing for normal wear and tear).

Fast & convenient

Application is by phone from your dealer, or you can get pre approved from your home or office. It typically takes less than 10 minutes and you can take away the equipment immediately.

No deposit and no additional fees.

You simply pay the first month’s rental, then take the equipment away. No application fee or monthly accounting fees.

Select the term that matches your budget or the use-by date of equipment

You can choose the term that suits you – from 12 months to 36 months. The monthly payments are lower with the longer length terms.

Include software and other costs

You can include software, peripherals, extended warranty, even installation and training. “Flexirenting” can also enable a better overall solution, as the “best” solution is often quite affordable when spread monthly over the rental term.

Swap equipment or add on to your agreement

During the rental term, you can add more equipment, or swap. It’s easy to do. One phone call is all that it takes to arrange it.

Carbon offset option

You can offset the carbon emissions linked to your equipment by contributing $10 to Flexirent’s authorised conservation fund to plant trees.

Does your employer allow Salary Sacrificing?

Quite a number of employers allow staff to Salary Sacrifice computers. If so, call Flexirent first as this will allow you to make your payments from your pre-tax salary and get the equivalent of a 100% tax deduction! Flexirent may have to register your employer.
