All repair work is done on a first come, first served basis. We do not offer an appointment service for repair work. If you would like a technician to come to your home, then please call your closest Cirrus Computers store. Please note that onsite service fees apply, as we only offer a return to base warranty on our computer systems. If you are experiencing problems with the LCD screen on your notebook, then please be aware that dead pixel policies apply with all the LCD screens on all the notebooks sold at Cirrus Computers. This policy applies from the moment that you buy the notebook. If your screen does not meet the minimum dead pixel policies of the manufacturer, then the notebook will not be repaired. If the problem you are having with your notebook screen is not associated with dead pixels, then the notebook screen is covered by warranty and will be repaired. In order to get your notebook repaired, please look up the model of your notebook below, and follow the instructions. If you cannot find your model below, then please contact your nearest Cirrus Computers store for assistance.
